"CHAOS CONTROL", una banda de power metal formada en 1999 y lanzó el EP "Gathering Chaos" en 2002, ha estado inactiva desde que Hiroyuki Kaneko, guitarrista/compositor, se retiró de las actividades musicales.
Este álbum se decidió producir después de que Kaneko y Toshinori Mitsunaga (Vo) se reunieran nuevamente .
