El inicio de Silver Bullet se remonta al año 2008, cuando la banda se fundó con el nombre de Dirge Eternal y fue en esa época cuando el quinteto comenzó a forjar su propio estilo al basar todas sus letras en el género sangriento de las películas de terror.
